The event is organized by the students of the Faculty of Engineering with support of the Verein der Fachschaft der Technischen Fakultät e.V.

The organization runs continuosly throughout the whole year with and especially extensive phase in the last two weeks before the event itself, which traditionally takes place on the first day of lectures of the semester.
